Shipping Policies

At Lake Placid Teddy Bear Co, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.

You will be able to choose your shipping method at the time of checkout. All shipping charges are final; in other words, you will never have to pay more for shipping than what you see when checking out.

Please Note: We do not ship C.O.D.

Holidays

Lake Placid Teddy Bear, Co is proud to celebrate the following holidays:

Thanksgiving
Christmas Day


We will be closed and will not process or ship any orders on those days.

In addition to the Holidays above, the Post Office is closed for these Holidays:

President's Day
independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veteran's Day
New Years, Day

While we will be open on these holidays and processing orders, unfortunately we will not be able to ship any.

Processing Times

All UPS and USPS Mail orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).  Shipping time depends on area being shipped to, method and if the item is on hand or being shipped from other manufactures. You will receive notification when the item is shipped and approx delivery date.
